Internal Family Systems (IFS) is based on the premise that every human being contains protective and wounded inner parts that are led by your core Self. IFS is an evidence-based psychotherapy modality, helping people heal by accessing and healing their protective and wounded inner parts. IFS creates inner and outer connectedness by helping people first access their Self and, from that core, come to understand and heal their parts. Self is within everyone and it cannot be damaged, as it knows how to heal.

Jenny was drawn to Internal Family Systems (IFS) due to its emphasis on selfacceptance.
Jenny knows that shame and self-blame are at the root of many mental health struggles and that moving past these immobilizing habits is necessary for healing and growth. U/lizing IFS, Jenny can help you move past
trauma and other challenges that are holding you back. All of our parts are teachers and, through IFS, you can learn from them and reach a place of greater self-understanding and self-love.
